ZagoTech is an online marketplace where many independent tech stores sell to buyers across Nigeria — laptops, phones, tablets, printers, accessories, networking gear and gaming consoles, all in one place. Every seller is identity- and bank-verified before they can list, ZagoTech Official Store sells alongside them, and payments to sellers are held until you confirm your order arrived as described.

Backup your data
Download everything — stock, orders, feedback, requests, alerts, bulk orders, service inquiries, and customer accounts (if signed in as owner) — as one JSON file.
Full database backup
Saves a dated copy of every database (catalog, customers, orders, reviews, marketplace data, and more) into api/snapshots/ on your server. Click this before uploading any new files to your site — if an upload ever overwrites something by mistake, you can restore from the snapshot instead of losing data. The ten most recent snapshots are kept; download a snapshot folder from your hosting File Manager to also keep a copy off the server.
Fill in missing use cases
Drafts a "best used for" line from each product's own specs, for every listing that doesn't have one yet. Existing use cases are left untouched. Review them afterwards — they're drafts you can edit per product.
Product Intelligence
Fill every product's full specifications from the manufacturer's own data, review and lock fields, add official photos, and publish "What can this PC run?" on product pages.
Check every product and seller listing for data problems — untidy names, leftover fields, missing use cases, wrong specifications, thin listings — and fix the safe ones in one click. Never changes a price, photo or stock.
Shrinks photos already uploaded (by you or by sellers) to the size the site actually shows — often 80% smaller, with no visible difference. Every original is kept in uploads/_originals/ first, and each photo keeps its name, so nothing that links to it changes. Safe to run more than once.
Stop borrowing photos from other websites
Some product photos are still loaded from the site they were copied from. Those sites can delete, move or block them at any time, and the listing then shows a blank square. This downloads each one onto your server and points the listing at your copy. Nothing is deleted, a photo that cannot be fetched is left exactly as it is, and it is safe to run more than once. Covers your shop and sellers’ listings.
Speed up product photos
One-time fix for older listings whose photos are still embedded directly in the catalog data (slows down every page load). Converts them to regular image files — safe to run more than once, already-converted photos are left alone.
Backfill product brands
One-time fix for older listings that don't have a Brand set yet — shows exactly what would change before touching anything, so you can correct any guess first. Safe to run more than once; only ever fills in products with no brand set.
Black market rate (auto-pricing)
Any product with a USD Cost set (in its edit form) auto-prices from this rate + a $10 margin. Refreshes on its own every 12 hours; use this to force an immediate update and reprice everything now.
Backfill USD Cost for existing products
One-time fix for older listings priced by hand — works out each one's USD Cost from its current price and today's rate (so nothing suddenly jumps), then switches it over to auto-pricing. Shows every change before touching anything. Safe to run more than once; only ever fills in products with no USD Cost set.
Featured Brands (Homepage)
Choose up to 3 brands to showcase on the homepage, each with a few of its in-stock products. Pick none to hide the section entirely.

Leave it blank and we assume one of anything pre-owned, and up to five of anything new. The count drops on its own each time one is paid for, and the item marks itself Sold at zero.
Inspection Report — shown to buyers as proof of testing
New items are factory-sealed — no inspection report is shown or needed.
Lower this price later and the old one is kept and shown crossed out for 90 days — a real price you charged, not an invented one.
Only fill this in if you have actually checked. It shows as “Elsewhere ₦X” beside your price, so the buyer knows it is another shop’s price and not your old one. Leave blank to show nothing.
Most useful on pre-owned units — 20–40 seconds showing the screen, body, ports and it powering on proves the grade better than photos can.
Right-click the picture itself and choose Copy image address. Google Drive and Dropbox share links, and
product pages, also work — the photo is copied onto this site so it never disappears later.

Every order that involved at least one third-party seller, split out by seller and commission.
Marketplace — Commission Rate
The default cut ZagoTech takes from every third-party seller's sale. Applies to every checkout from the moment you save it.
Per-Category Rates
Charge more where margins are wider. Leave a category blank to use the default rate. Low-margin hardware (laptops, phones) is usually best left at the default — a rate above a seller's own margin drives them off the platform or into raising prices.
