These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zagotech.store and any purchase made from ZagoTech Digital Ventures Ltd ("ZagoTech", "we", "us"). By browsing this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
ZagoTech is a registered Nigerian business — CAC Registration Number 9721877, registered with SMEDAN — operating from Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos, selling tested new and used laptops with nationwide delivery.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice until an order is confirmed and paid for. Adding an item to your cart is a request to buy — an order is confirmed automatically the moment your payment is verified by Paystack.
We accept online payment through Paystack — card, bank transfer, or USSD — processed securely on Paystack's own checkout page. We never see or store your card or bank details. Unpaid or abandoned orders may be cancelled, releasing the stock for other buyers.
Delivery timelines and costs are estimates — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details. Risk in the laptop passes to you upon delivery or pickup.
All units are tested before listing, with results shown in each laptop's Inspection Report. Our 3-day inspection window and 7-day hardware warranty apply as set out in our Warranty Policy. Physical damage, liquid damage, and software issues arising after delivery are not covered.
You may cancel an unpaid order at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once payment has been made, cancellations are handled case by case.
You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The ZagoTech name, logo, and site content are the property of ZagoTech Digital Ventures Ltd and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a purchased laptop. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the item.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will first be addressed informally by contacting our team directly.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
