What's the difference between UK Used, Foreign Used, and Nigerian Used?
"UK Used" and "Foreign Used" refer to devices previously owned abroad and imported — generally lightly used and well maintained. "Nigerian Used" means the computer was previously owned within Nigeria. Every pre-owned unit, regardless of origin, is tested before it's listed.
How do I know a device is genuine and actually working?
Every pre-owned device is tested before it is listed — screen, battery, keyboard, ports and overall performance — and the results are published in that listing's Inspection Report. New units are supplied factory-sealed, so they are not opened or tested by us; they carry the manufacturer's warranty instead. Either way, if you're buying in person you're welcome to inspect and test the unit yourself before paying.
Does it come with a charger or power cable?
Yes — every laptop we sell comes with its charger, and every desktop comes with its power cable, no exceptions. Note that desktop towers (not all-in-ones) don't include a monitor, keyboard, or mouse unless the listing says so — check each item's specs for exactly what's included.
Can I inspect the device before paying?
Yes, if you can visit our store in Computer Village, Ikeja. For deliveries outside Lagos, we describe and photograph each unit honestly, and our warranty covers you if something doesn't match what was listed.
How do I place an order?
Browse the devices in our Shop section, add the one you want to your cart, then check out — you'll pay securely online through Paystack (card, bank transfer, or USSD), and your order is confirmed automatically the moment payment goes through.

Do you deliver outside Lagos?

What happens if my device develops a fault after delivery?
New laptops, desktops, phones, printers, scanners, accessories & gaming consoles come with a 1-year warranty. Used devices come with a 7-day warranty against hardware faults present at sale. Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a description of the issue, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Can I swap my old device as part payment?
Trade-ins are considered case by case. Send us the details and photos of your current computer on WhatsApp and we'll let you know what's possible.

Full database backup
Saves a dated copy of every database (catalog, customers, orders, reviews, marketplace data, and more) into api/snapshots/ on your server. Black market rate (auto-pricing)
Any product with a USD Cost set (in its edit form) auto-prices from this rate + a $10 margin. Refreshes on its own every 12 hours; use this to force an immediate update and reprice everything now.
Backfill USD Cost for existing products
One-time fix for older listings priced by hand — works out each one's USD Cost from its current price and today's rate (so nothing suddenly jumps), then switches it over to auto-pricing. Shows every change before touching anything. Safe to run more than once; only ever fills in products with no USD Cost set.
