Full database backup
Saves a dated copy of every database (catalog, customers, orders, reviews, marketplace data, and more) into api/snapshots/ on your server. Click this before uploading any new files to your site — if an upload ever overwrites something by mistake, you can restore from the snapshot instead of losing data. The ten most recent snapshots are kept; download a snapshot folder from your hosting File Manager to also keep a copy off the server.
Fill in missing use cases
Drafts a "best used for" line from each product's own specs, for every listing that doesn't have one yet. Existing use cases are left untouched. Review them afterwards — they're drafts you can edit per product.
Speed up product photos
One-time fix for older listings whose photos are still embedded directly in the catalog data (slows down every page load). Converts them to regular image files — safe to run more than once, already-converted photos are left alone.
Backfill product brands
One-time fix for older listings that don't have a Brand set yet — shows exactly what would change before touching anything, so you can correct any guess first. Safe to run more than once; only ever fills in products with no brand set.
Black market rate (auto-pricing)
Any product with a USD Cost set (in its edit form) auto-prices from this rate + a $10 margin. Refreshes on its own every 12 hours; use this to force an immediate update and reprice everything now.
Backfill USD Cost for existing products
One-time fix for older listings priced by hand — works out each one's USD Cost from its current price and today's rate (so nothing suddenly jumps), then switches it over to auto-pricing. Shows every change before touching anything. Safe to run more than once; only ever fills in products with no USD Cost set.
