• Details about the laptop you want, are trading in, or have purchased
• Order and payment status — we do not collect or store your card or bank login details

• Arrange delivery through our courier partners
• Create and manage your customer account, including your order history
• Notify you, if you opt in, about stock matching your interests
• Send account-related emails, such as a welcome email when you register
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate this site:
• Paystack — processes card and bank transfer payments when you check out
online. ZagoTech does not see or store your card details; they are handled directly by Paystack under
its own security standards.
• Google Sign-In — if you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your
name and email with us to create your account; we never see your Google password.
• Courier partners — receive your delivery address and phone number solely
to fulfil your order.
• Our email provider — used to send account and order-related emails.
Your Cart, Wishlist, and recently viewed items are stored only in your browser's local storage, on your own device, and are never transmitted to us until you actively submit a form such as checkout. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
We retain order and account information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us on WhatsApp or by email at support@zagotech.store — we will respond within a reasonable time.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including password hashing for account credentials and secure (HTTPS) connections across the site. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
