They are sold by ZagoTech Official Store and by independent sellers verified on the ZagoTech marketplace.
Are your products new or used?
Both. We list brand new, factory-sealed units alongside UK Used, Foreign Used and Nigerian Used ones — across laptops, phones, tablets, printers, consoles and every other category. The condition is always shown clearly on each listing so you know exactly what you are buying.
What's the difference between UK Used, Foreign Used, and Nigerian Used?
"UK Used" and "Foreign Used" mean the device was previously owned abroad and imported — generally lightly used and well maintained. "Nigerian Used" means it was previously owned within Nigeria. Every pre-owned unit, whatever its origin, is checked before it is listed.
How do I know a device is genuine and actually working?
Every pre-owned item is checked before it is listed, and the results appear in that listing's Inspection Report. What we check depends on the product: screen, battery, keyboard, ports and performance for laptops; ports, startup and performance for desktops; screen, cameras, battery health and performance for phones and tablets; printing, scanning, copying, connectivity and output quality for printers and scanners; ports, power-on and performance for gaming consoles; and condition and function for accessories and networking gear. New units are supplied factory-sealed, so they are not opened by us — they carry the warranty instead. If you buy in person, you are welcome to inspect and test the item yourself before paying.
Does it come with a charger, power cable or accessories?
Every laptop comes with its charger, and every desktop tower, printer, scanner and gaming console comes with its power cable. Desktop towers do not include a monitor, keyboard or mouse unless the listing says so. Whether a phone or tablet includes a charger depends on the model — some manufacturers no longer put one in the box — and a console's listing says exactly how many controllers are included. Always check the listing's "What's included" details.
Can I inspect the item before paying?
Yes, if you can visit our store in Computer Village, Ikeja. For deliveries anywhere else, every listing is described and photographed honestly, you have 3 days after delivery to check that the item matches its listing, and the warranty covers you if something is wrong.
Is ZagoTech one shop or a marketplace?
ZagoTech is a multi-vendor marketplace. Independent tech sellers across Nigeria run their own stores on it, and ZagoTech Official Store sells alongside them. You can compare products from every seller on the Marketplace page and chat with a seller before you buy.
Is it safe to buy from other sellers on the marketplace?
Every seller is identity-, business- and bank-verified before their store goes live. When you buy from an independent seller, your payment is held by ZagoTech until you confirm the item arrived as described, or the inspection window passes. If something is wrong, open a dispute from your orders page and ZagoTech reviews it.
How do I place an order?
Find the product in the Shop or on the Marketplace, add it to your cart, then check out. You pay securely online through Paystack (card, bank transfer or USSD), and your order is confirmed automatically the moment payment goes through.

What happens if my item develops a fault after delivery?
New laptops, desktops, phones, tablets, printers, scanners, accessories, networking gear and gaming consoles come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults. Used items come with a 7-day warranty against hardware faults present at sale — for example screen, keyboard, ports and battery on laptops; screen, camera, speakers and battery on phones and tablets; connectivity and print or scan performance on printers and scanners; and ports and power-on on consoles. Physical or liquid damage after delivery is not covered. Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a description of the issue, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
Do you supply offices, schools and businesses in bulk?
Yes. Whether you need computers, phones, tablets, printers, scanners or networking gear for a team, send us a bulk order request and we will put together a quote.
Can you get a product you don't have listed?
Often, yes. Use the request form to tell us the product, model and budget — any category, from a specific phone or tablet to a printer, router or console — and we will source it for you.
Can I sell my products on ZagoTech?
Yes, if you run a genuine tech business. Apply to sell, get verified, then list your products from your seller dashboard. The seller agreement explains commission and payouts.

Full database backup

Some product photos are still loaded from the site they were copied from. Those sites can delete, move or block them at any time, and the listing then shows a blank square. This downloads each one onto your server and points the listing at your copy. Nothing is deleted, a photo that cannot be fetched is left exactly as it is, and it is safe to run more than once. Covers your shop and sellers’ listings.
Speed up product photos
One-time fix for older listings whose photos are still embedded directly in the catalog data (slows down every page load). Converts them to regular image files — safe to run more than once, already-converted photos are left alone.

One-time fix for older listings that don't have a Brand set yet — shows exactly what would change before touching anything, so you can correct any guess first. Safe to run more than once; only ever fills in products with no brand set.
Black market rate (auto-pricing)
Any product with a USD Cost set (in its edit form) auto-prices from this rate + a $10 margin. Refreshes on its own every 12 hours; use this to force an immediate update and reprice everything now.
Backfill USD Cost for existing products
One-time fix for older listings priced by hand — works out each one's USD Cost from its current price and today's rate (so nothing suddenly jumps), then switches it over to auto-pricing. Shows every change before touching anything. Safe to run more than once; only ever fills in products with no USD Cost set.
